Short version: it's free, it's 18+, Dots are play credits that never turn into money, and points are status rather than value. This covers majjha.fun and the play app it opens. The long version is below, and it's short too.
01 · Acceptance
By using majjha — this site, or the play app it opens — you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use it.
02 · Eligibility
You must be 18 or over. That floor is 18+ everywhere, whatever the local minimum is.
You're also responsible for making sure your use of majjha is lawful where you are.
03 · Play money
majjha is a play-money game. Dots are play credits with no monetary value. They are granted by majjha, cannot be purchased, and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything of value.
A settled call moves your Dots balance and nothing else. There is no money in and no money out — not now, and not by some later upgrade.
04 · Points and status
Reward points, streaks, badges, founding numbers and board positions are status. They have no monetary value, they are separate from Dots, and they cannot be spent, traded, or redeemed for anything.
05 · Questions and settlement
Each question settles to the outcome described in its own resolution criteria. A price reflects what the room is doing — it is not advice, and it is not a promise about how anything turns out.
Once a question settles, settlement is final and moves Dots only.
06 · Your handle and account
You're responsible for what happens under your handle and for keeping your credentials secure.
We may suspend a handle, or adjust Dots and point balances, where we find manipulation, fraud, or abuse. One person reserving handles in bulk counts.
07 · The play app
The play app is majjha — the same platform this site opens into, not a separate service. These terms cover both.
The app also publishes its own terms, which go further on a few app-only features. Where they do, those apply as well; where the two say the same thing, they say it once.
08 · No warranties
majjha is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Features, questions and balances may change, pause, or reset — it is a game we are still building, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.
09 · Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, the date at the top moves and continuing to use the site means the revised version applies.
