What is a streak?

A streak is a run of calls that landed — right, then right again, then again, with the count climbing beside your name.

It’s honest momentum, and it’s fun to hold. Every call in a live streak was a real read of a real question, so the count says something true: lately, you’ve been seeing things clearly. Hold it as long as you can.

But know what it is and isn’t. A streak is a spark, not the score. Five in a row can be pure luck — and the board knows the difference. Standings hang on your whole record: how well you read over time, not how bright this week happens to be burning.

So when a streak ends — and it will, on a tough read, a close one — nothing that mattered goes anywhere. The record keeps counting, and the next run starts on your very next call.

What the record is really measuring underneath a streak — whether your confidence and your hit rate agree — is calibration. The spark is fun. That’s the fire.
