What we're building, and what we're not

People ask me the same thing, and I like that they ask it plainly: so how much can I make on this?

Nothing. And I don’t say that to be coy.

There’s no money in majjha and none coming out. You play with Dots, and Dots have no cash value — they don’t convert to anything, anywhere. So if you came here to run up a balance, I’d rather tell you that now than let the app pretend otherwise.

Here’s what you get instead.

What it actually is

A scoreboard for reading the world well.

You read a question, you call a side, and the app keeps score. Over time that adds up to a record — how often you turned out to be the one who’d read it right. That’s the whole payoff. Not money. A standing. A track record you can point to, a rank you climbed, a streak nobody can hand you.

It shows up on the board, in the Standings, out loud. And status you come by honestly is worth more than status you’re sold.

Honest by design

Some things here are real, always, and I won’t blur them: the price you see, the fills you get, and the record you build. Call a side and watch it go through — that happened. Nobody’s skimming the difference.

What I won’t do is dress up a win rate or promise you can’t miss. The whole point of the middle — the number a room lands on — is that it’s honest. The day we fake the parts that are meant to be real is the day this stops being worth building.

And we serve where it’s lawful, and hold back where it isn’t. Openly. We’re doing it in that order on purpose — legitimacy first, because legitimacy is the point, not a box we check later.

What it’s not

There’s no money in it, by design — nothing to run up, nothing to pull out.

It’s not a wheel you can’t beat. Every number here is made by people reading a question — and none of them needs you wrong for it to work.

And it’s not a hype machine selling you a way to never miss. You’ll miss calls. Everyone does. A tough read is a tough read — you dust it off and go find the next one.

That’s it. That’s the whole thing. I’d rather it be small and true than big and hollow.
